Before launching Kite® Student Portal, please ensure that the iPad has an established internet connection. A restart of the iPad and the quit password may be required if the application opens without a connection to the internet.

The Dynamic Learning Maps® (DLM®) Instructionally Embedded model fall window has opened for the 2023–2024 academic year. The Instruction and Assessment Planner is used to create instructional plans and assign testlets for students.

Educators with the Teacher role should access Dynamic Learning Maps® (DLM®) Required Test Administrator Training in the training section of Kite® Educator Portal for the 2023–2024 school year.

  1. The First Contact Survey must be completed at least 24 hours before testing.
  2. Changes to the Personal Needs and Preferences (PNP) profile take at least 24 hours to refresh.
  3. After administering a testlet, the next testlets in the subject area may take up to 15 minutes to release.

A new enhancement to Kite® Student Portal will allow additional displays (monitors and projectors) to be connected to a computer. This is useful for instances such as using a projector for students with different visual abilities.
