To support iOS 15, the Kite® Student Portal iPad application must be updated to version 8.0.1 prior to testing. You are required to update the app if you plan to update the testing device to iOS 15.
The application will update automatically unless this feature has been disabled on the device.

Live Chat support with the Dynamic Learning Maps® (DLM®) Service Desk is now available in Kite® Educator Portal. The Live Chat method of asking questions is supported by the same skilled Service Desk staff who answer phone calls and emails.

The Dynamic Learning Maps® (DLM®) Instructionally Embedded model fall window has opened for the 2020-2021 academic year. The Instruction and Assessment Planner is used to create instructional plans and assign testlets for students.

Beginning in the 2020-21 school year, Internet Explorer will no longer be a supported web browser for Kite® Educator Portal. Microsoft has ceased development of new Internet Explorer features and recommends that the browser no longer be a browser of choice.
